Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice to support balance, wellbeing and inner harmony. The word 'Reiki' translates to universal life force energy, the natural energy that flows through all living things.
This life force energy supports the body’s ability to heal, restore and maintain balance. When our energy becomes depleted, blocked or out of alignment, we may experience stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm or a general sense of disconnection.
Reiki works by helping to restore the natural flow of this energy.
