Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable at the time of your session via cash, EFT, or an approved payment method.

All prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change with notice.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to ensure scheduled appointments for other clients are not affected. Full session fees will still apply.

By booking a Reiki session with Heart Matters Australia, you acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary therapy designed to support wellbeing and relaxation and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or health concerns prior to their session.

All personal information and discussions shared during sessions are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law. 

Individual experiences and results from Reiki and holistic therapies may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Services provided are intended to support overall wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.condition.

Heart Matters Australia reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if behaviour is considered inappropriate, disrespectful or unsafe.
